The BC Public Service seeks a Team Assistant for Child and Family Development offices in Castlegar, Nelson, and Trail. This full-time role provides administrative and client service assistance to Child Protection, Child and Youth Mental Health, Guardianship, and Children and Youth with Support Needs teams. Responsibilities include coordinating services, responding to inquiries, preparing legal documentation, and managing records.

Prepare legal and court-related documents

Complete administrative, financial, and records management functions
Requirements: Certificate or coursework with six months related experience
Secondary school graduation with six months related experience
Valid British Columbia Class 5 or Class 7 Novice licence
Computer applications and database experience
Quality client service experience in professional settings
