Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize processes to reduce waste and improve quality
Diagnose machinery issues and minimize equipment downtime
Maintain process, improvement, and safety compliance records
Support product development with design and production teams




Train manufacturing staff on equipment and processes
Requirements: Complete a one- or two-year industrial engineering technology program
Demonstrate manufacturing experience, preferably automotive manufacturing
