As a Project Control Specialist II, you assist Project Managers with earned value analysis, financial reports, and project status updates. You help manage budgets, work breakdown structures, invoicing milestones, forecasts, and cash flow. The position also includes subcontractor invoice oversight and timekeeping corrections.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with project control methods and procedures
Assist Project Managers with earned value analysis
Prepare project status and financial reports
Track budgets, invoices, forecasts, and project cash flow
Review subcontractor invoices against purchase orders
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
Minimum three years of related experience
Knowledge of project lifecycle phases
Ability to create and manage project budgets
Robust communication and accuracy skills
