Key Responsibilities: Complete daily janitorial duties across specialized facilities
Perform minor maintenance and repair activities
Support preventative maintenance and facility safety
Coordinate building activities and room setups
Maintain documentation and respond to tenant inquiries
Requirements: High school diploma and three to five years' practical experience
Building maintenance or facility management training is an asset
Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety standards
Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills
