The Repair Planner manages appraisals, supplements, and repair orders from start to finish. You will coordinate with insurance partners, production staff, and customer service specialists. The work requires Mitchell Cloud Estimating, Qapter, insurance repair knowledge, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities: Handle appraisals, repair orders, and supplements from start to finish
Prepare accurate collision damage appraisals using electronic estimating software
Upload initial, supplement, and final bills to insurers




Communicate repair status with clients and insurance partners
Resolve client concerns and dissatisfaction professionally
Requirements: At least five years of similar or senior estimating experience
Understanding of estimating, production scheduling, and repair deadlines
Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
Solid Mitchell Cloud Estimating and Qapter knowledge
Valid driver's license and robust organizational skills
