As a Private Banking Officer, you will support Private Bankers and clients across existing and potential relationships. You will apply knowledge of personal and commercial credit, lending processes, and private banking offerings. Your work supports accurate transactions, referrals, proposals, and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to private banking clients
Identify needs and recommend appropriate products or referrals
Complete credit, non-credit, and related activities
Resolve inquiries, concerns,



and complaints promptly
Review monitoring reports and escalate irregularities
Requirements: Two to three years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit products
Basic knowledge of lending processes and security documentation
Positive communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
