Position: Night Shift Parts Picker (Must Be Forklift Certified)
Location: Norwich, ON
Shift: Nights
Pay Rate: $22.25/hr, paid weekly via direct deposit

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Parts Picker to join a busy manufacturing environment in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, handling, and moving agricultural parts and materials to support daily production and warehouse operations. A valid forklift certification is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and prepare agricultural parts and materials according to orders and production requirements.

Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

Verify parts and quantities to ensure order accuracy.

Operate forklifts safely to transport and organize materials.

Deliver materials to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork.

Report missing items, discrepancies, or damaged materials.

Communicate effectively with team members and other shifts.

Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Follow company procedures, quality standards, and Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Valid forklift certification is mandatory.

Previous parts picking or warehouse experience is preferred.

Manufacturing experience is an asset.





Basic computer skills and the ability to complete simple documentation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with the assistance of a lifting device.

Comfortable with bending, crouching, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and the ability to work the night shift.
