The Driver Helper FT Incentive position supports loading, unloading, route navigation, and package management. You will coordinate with drivers and dispatch while helping maintain timely deliveries. Physical stamina, communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness are central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload packages safely at delivery sites
Support route navigation and delivery schedule management
Report delivery issues or delays to dispatch
Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements: Lift and carry packages up to 100 pounds repeatedly
Hold valid Canadian work authorization
Understand basic delivery procedures and safety standards
Communicate effectively with drivers and team members
Work flexible mornings, evenings, and weekends
Bring physical stamina, careful package handling, and clear communication to support LFL Group drivers and Canadian delivery operations.
