IKEA Canada is building its Hamilton fulfilment operation with co-workers skilled in warehouse equipment and accurate order preparation. Support a recent Customer Distribution Centre from the ground up.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will help receive, store, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders. Your work supports goods availability and a seamless omnichannel customer experience. You will use operational systems, tools, procedures, and established work methods while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately
Perform assigned fulfilment processes using available systems and tools
Contribute to accurate, on-time goods availability
Follow IKEA health, safety, and security requirements




Apply lean, simple, cost-conscious operating methods
Requirements: Experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely
Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift experience considered an asset
Ability to follow procedures, action plans, and work methods
Teamwork, adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused omnichannel environment
