Shape QE Home’s bedding and home décor collections through textile research, colour direction, and product design support. This role is based in a team-oriented creative environment.
As Junior Designer, you will report to the Creative Director and Senior Designer. You will support seasonal collections from initial concepts through product launches, collaborating with Design, Merchandising, Product Line Management, and Creative teams. Your work combines creative development with product coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Research home décor, textile, colour, and pattern trends
Develop mood boards, palettes, concepts, and specifications
Coordinate samples, materials, approvals, and production follow-up




Review samples against approved designs and quality standards
Create product stories, look-books, and style guides
Requirements: Education or experience in textile, graphic, or interior design
Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Passion for textiles, bedding, décor, colour, and pattern
Strong organization and attention to detail
Communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn
Bring textile design, Adobe Creative Cloud, and colour expertise to seasonal bedding collections at QE Home.
