As a Line Operator, you will supply and operate production lines within McCormick’s manufacturing workplace. The position supports changeovers, checklists, Journey to Excellence, and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives. It also requires safe work practices, problem identification, and suggestions for line improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Supply and operate production lines during assigned shifts
Assist with changeovers and complete required checklists
Troubleshoot equipment issues and escape when needed
Participate in Journey to Excellence initiatives
Make suggestions for line improvements
Requirements: OSSD diploma or equivalent and basic qualification testing
Safely push, pull, and repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
Identify work-in-process and packaging material problems
Complete training for McCormick forklift certification
