This clinical position serves WRHA Community Health Services at Access Winnipeg West. The role requires a recognized Health Care Aide course, effective communication, critical thinking, and organized workload management. Care may involve individuals with physical or cognitive impairments.
Key Responsibilities: Provide protected, effective personal care respectfully
Consider each individual’s comfort, privacy, and dignity
Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Travel between client homes when required
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle access or year-round travel willingness
Basic computer skills using Word and Outlook
Ability to work shifts and weekends
