This full time seasonal courier assignment guarantees 40 weekly hours at the Grande Prairie Depot. You will cover absent couriers across work shifts, complete scheduled deliveries, and resolve road problems with Dispatch and customers. The position is expected to continue until December 2026, with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver customer packages on daily schedules
Scan packages and mail received, delivered, or returned
Resolve road problems with Dispatch and customers
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Report failed inspections to the unit manager
Requirements: Valid non-probationary driver's license
Clean current driving abstract
Pass written and road tests successfully
Complete Defensive Driving and Courier Methods training
Lift or carry up to 70 pounds
Bring safe driving, package scanning, and courier service skills to Purolator's Grande Prairie delivery operations every scheduled day.
