The Grounds Labourer maintains lodge grounds to high standards, supporting guest satisfaction and safety protocols. Duties include clearing snow and ice, managing wood supplies, checking equipment, and assisting with maintenance. The work requires physical ability and flexibility in changing weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Clear sidewalks, roads, stairs, patios, and balconies
Remove icicles from roofs and windows
Assist snow removal with tools and heavy equipment
Maintain grounds through litter pickup and waste management
Check equipment daily and manage wood supplies
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
At least six months landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Physical ability to shovel and climb ladders
Maintenance labor experience is beneficial
Availability for adaptable shifts and extreme weather
