Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager provides leadership across daily store operations. You will optimize sales, support inventory management, and maintain brand presentation standards. The role also connects sales floor activity with digital platforms and eCom fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with all store operations
Lead teams to optimize sales and operational efficiency
Promote positive customer shopping experiences
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Process shipments, replenish floors, and fulfill eCom orders
Requirements: High school diploma required
Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing
Passion for fashion and customer orientation
Strong decision making, organization, and prioritization skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring fashion leadership, sales focus, and operational skills to support GARAGE customers, inventory, and store performance.
