The Taproom Operations Supervisor / Key Holder oversees daily standards, customer experience, and team training. This position manages schedules, cash deposits, stock levels, and staff coverage. You will also coordinate customer feedback and support occasional marketing and event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily taproom activities and maintain clean, working spaces
Build schedules and cover sick or vacation days
Manage cash, deposits, and change availability
Monitor beer, merchandise, and supply inventory
Train staff and enforce standard operating procedures
