Support play-based learning as an Assistant Educator at St. Vincent de Paul CES in Bradford, with full-time weekday availability required.
Upper Canada Child Care is recruiting for current full-day programs anticipated to open in early December 2026. This fully in-centre position applies early childhood education knowledge, Ministry requirements, and developmentally appropriate programming. You will engage children, communicate with families, and document learning using Storypark.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver play-based programs consistent with Ministry requirements
Provide care during meals, toileting, diapering, and dressing
Communicate with parents about programs and children
Complete charts, logs, reports, and administration tasks
Collaborate with teams, schools, and outside agencies
Requirements: Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
Health assessment and immunization record
Current CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
Knowledge of children’s developmental needs
Availability for eight-hour Monday-Friday shifts
Bring child development knowledge, family communication, and play-based programming skills to Upper Canada Child Care’s Bradford team.
