This Assistant Store Manager role supports the Front Store Manager within Rexall’s retail environment. You will assist with recruitment, training, staff development, performance evaluations, and customer service. The position also covers financial reporting, merchandising, and store operations.

Assist recruitment, training, development, and staff motivation
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care
Support sales, profit, inventory, labour, and expense targets

Requirements: Previous supervisory experience within a retail workplace
One to two years of retail setting experience
Exceptional multitasking skills and adaptability to change
Proven customer service and effective communication skills
Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports
