Lead retail sales at Journeys by developing associates, delivering customer service, and achieving store and personal performance goals in Canada.
The Sales Lead assists store management with basic operations and daily execution. You will train associates, provide coaching and accountability, and support store standards. The position also includes customer issue resolution, opening and closing duties, and communication with store management.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals
Train and develop a successful sales team
Coach employees and enforce company policies
Supervise daily operations during management’s absence
Complete bank deposits and assigned responsibilities
Requirements: Prior retail sales experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work night and weekend shifts
Completion of required Sales Lead training programs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Support Journeys store performance through retail leadership, associate development, customer service, and dependable daily operations execution.
