Build customer relationships and sell parts and services as a Customer Support Advisor with Brandt Tractor Ltd in Barrie. Travel throughout your assigned territory.
This Customer Support Advisor position supports current and existing customers through sales, after-sales service, and product updates. You will prospect accounts, develop relationships, visit customers, and communicate with internal managers. The work also includes territory planning, customer records, quotes, and call reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and cold call accounts to promote products and incentives
Visit customers daily to increase parts and service revenue
Maintain customer communication and resolve complaints promptly




Execute territory plans and update customer target lists
Assist with quotes, orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory control
Requirements: Previous industry sales experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Ability to travel and work flexible hours
Strong customer relationship and time management skills
Parts or heavy equipment journeyperson ticket considered an asset
