Shape digital lending journeys as Meridian’s Digital Product Manager, using product management and user experience expertise in a hybrid Toronto or St. Catharines setting.
This 18-month maternity leave contract supports retail member experiences within Digital Banking. You will navigate technical and business boundaries, contribute to roadmaps, and build features with design and technology teams. The initial focus is digital lending initiatives and member borrowing journeys.
Key Responsibilities: Define feature scope and manage prioritized product backlogs
Own product lifecycles from conception through evaluation
Lead user stories and cross-functional discovery sessions
Perform acceptance testing and resolve identified issues
Support launches,



rollout activities, and operational readiness
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
Minimum two to three years of relevant experience
Experience in financial services, technology, or lending
Experience working with technology teams in agile environments
Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Bring digital product management, lending, analytics, and stakeholder communication skills to Meridian’s member-focused banking experiences.
