Key Responsibilities: Supervise yard employees and coordinate daily operational needs
Assign employees, equipment, and supplies for productivity
Provide safety leadership and enforce work practices
Train employees on forklifts, bobcats, and excavators
Maintain recycling yard organization and assist operations
Requirements: Three-plus years managing, developing, and planning staff
Steel service centre industry experience is an asset
Forklift, bobcat, and heavy equipment experience is an asset
Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills
Effective written, verbal, analytical, and mathematical skills
