Acera Insurance seeks a full-time Client Advisor, Auto Insurance for its Victoria office. You will advise, explain, promote, and sell insurance policies so clients receive appropriate protection. The work includes auto, commercial fleet, and other insurance, alongside coverage recommendations and transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities: Provide auto, commercial fleet, and other insurance products
Recommend coverage, premiums, and payment methods
Explain policy risks, limitations, and features
Respond to emergencies and assist with claims
Process transactions through EPIC and insurer portals
Requirements: Client-focused mindset and courteous professional conduct
Well-developed people and communication skills
Ability to work weekends and accept change
Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence
Commitment to obtaining licensing within 30 days
Bring insurance expertise, client communication, and policy knowledge to Acera Insurance clients across Victoria’s Uptown and Royal Bay offices.
