As Maintenance Manager, you will guide the environmental services team within a retirement community. You will manage housekeeping and maintenance support, maintain building conditions, and optimize equipment performance. Key Responsibilities: Guide environmental services team operations
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks and repairs
Maintain building condition and equipment reliability
Support resident, employee, and guest safety

Requirements: Minimum three years environmental services or maintenance experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems
Team management and leadership experience preferred
Facility management program enrollment or trades license
JHSC and working-at-heights certification, or willingness to obtain
