Provide household support and companionship with Bayshore as a Homemaker serving clients in the Delta and Richmond area. Help adults maintain independence at home.
This casual Homemaker position provides non-medical support to adults living independently, including people with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, mental health challenges, and complex needs. You will support safe homes, daily living skills, community participation, and quality of life through practical assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Complete vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, dishes, and cleaning
Organize homes and support household routines
Plan groceries and prepare meals with clients
Provide companionship and encourage independence




Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting adults with diverse support needs is an asset
Robust communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check and physical ability
Bring homemaking, communication, and community support skills to Bayshore while helping clients live safely and independently at home.
