ParaMed seeks a Registered Nurse for patients of all ages and varying care complexity. You will assess individualized needs, execute care plans, and build therapeutic relationships. This part time position requires travel within a designated area and after-hours on-call coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate clinical tools
Execute and continuously monitor individualized care plans
Build rapport and trust through collaborative patient engagement
Maintain and update professional patient encounter records




Support comfort and continued care in patients' homes
Requirements: Current good-standing Registered Nurse registration with CNO
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between patient residences within designated area
Reliability and flexibility for scheduled community visits
Availability for required after-hours on-call coverage
Bring community nursing, patient assessment, and care planning expertise to ParaMed's scheduled home visits across County Area.
