As a Ship Cook, you will prepare meals, supervise catering crew, and maintain galley facilities. The work requires effective communication with marine and project personnel, awareness of International Codes, Standards and Specifications, and commitment to safe teamwork. Relevant offshore marine experience supports this position.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals for vessel personnel
Maintain clean, hygienic galleys, fridges, and freezers
Maintain storerooms and mess rooms in hygienic condition
Supervise catering crew preparing meals and menus




Understand relationships between marine and project personnel
Requirements: Transport Canada Ships Cook Certificate of Competency
STCW MED BS and designated security duties certification
Marine Advanced First Aid, CPR, and passenger safety training
Valid Canadian Passport and Seafarers Medical
Relevant offshore experience and solid English communication skills
Bring offshore cooking, catering supervision, hygiene, communication, and safe working practices to DOF Canada's marine operations.
