The Supply Classroom Educator supports multiple campuses and classrooms under the Centre Director or Team Mentor. You will deliver age appropriate programming, attend to daily care, and foster positive relationships. The position supports Childventures’ curriculum philosophy, safe environments, and mission of excellence in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities: Provide coverage according to Childventures curriculum standards
Implement programming supporting cognitive, physical, social, emotional development
Maintain safe, inclusive, emotionally supportive classrooms




Attend to comfort, hygiene, supervision, and daily care
Document observations and children’s development accurately
Requirements: Hold ECE, ECA, CYW/CYC, or OCT credentials
Maintain RECE registration where applicable
Understand the Child Care and Early Years Act
Show robust interest in early childhood development
Complete required TB, immunization, and health assessments
Bring adaptable classroom coverage, development-focused programming, and nurturing care to Childventures children, families, and educators.
