Lead food and beverage service at Gateway as a full time Supervisor, using team coaching and customer service expertise across assigned outlets.
This Supervisor supports outlet workflow, administration, employee development, and daily operations. You will engage teams, strengthen product knowledge, and maintain high guest experiences. The role also provides operational continuity during the Manager’s absence when required.
Key Responsibilities: Support staffing levels to maximize productivity and business performance
Assist supervision, coaching, feedback, and employee development
Promote excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Address customer issues and concerns responsively
Assist scheduling, shift management, and quality standards
Requirements: Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in restaurant or bar operations
Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification
Hospitality Management education preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bring restaurant supervision, employee coaching, and guest service skills to Gateway’s food and beverage operations across assigned outlets.
