Uline seeks a Collections Analyst with fluent verbal and written English and French. You will manage customer accounts, resolve past-due balances, and maintain accurate records. The position supports collaboration with Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer account portfolios by phone and email
Build relationships with customers throughout collection activities
Identify root causes behind past-due balances
Partner with customers on payment solutions
Document account activity and customer interactions accurately
Requirements: Fluency in written and verbal English and French
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
