As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support store operations while connecting customers with books, ideas, and lifestyle products. You will use merchandising standards, seek product information, and curate collections for individual customers. Specialty retail experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily store operations before opening or after closing
Replenish stock, process returns, and receive merchandise
Engage customers and tell stories through products
Create visually appealing displays using merchandising standards
Respond to customer feedback and share improvement ideas
Requirements: Adaptability and willingness to learn all store areas

Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
