MBRP Ltd. manufactures and distributes performance exhaust systems for automotive and powersports industries. This Welder position operates on a continental 12-hour day-shift schedule, covering 36 to 48 hours weekly. You will produce quality welds, operate welding equipment, and complete production tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Read blueprints and welding process specifications
Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
Produce strong, penetrated non-porous welds
Perform machine pre-ops, setups, and changeovers
Complete production paperwork and housekeeping activities
Requirements: Welding experience with solid attention to detail
Ability to work safely with MIG welders and positioners
Ability to distinguish materials and gauges
Ability to read measuring devices accurately
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
