As a Registered Nurse, you will assess client status across physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. You will create individualized care plans using data and current scientific findings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and environmental assessments
Develop individualized plans incorporating current scientific findings
Provide interventions focused on realistic client outcomes
Administer medications when necessary
Maintain records and initiate healthcare referrals
Requirements: Current RN or RPN registration in Ontario
Experience in home care, community health, or geriatrics
Solid assessment, documentation, and communication skills
G license and own insured vehicle
Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
Support ComForCare clients through skilled assessments, individualized interventions, accurate documentation, and coordinated home care.
