Working with Senior HR Management, this full time permanent position serves designated divisions across core human resources functions. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. The role supports business needs through HR Shared Services liaison work, workforce planning, and practical guidance for leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding from offer through 90 days
Handle biweekly payroll and new hire administration
Support performance management and employee relations coaching
Manage benefits, leave, disability,



and Workers Compensation processes
Interpret HR metrics and provide workforce insights
Requirements: At least two years of human resources experience
Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Human Resources preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
Google Suite, Workday, or UKG/Kronos knowledge beneficial
