Deliver products and collect soiled linens safely and on time as an Alsco Uniforms Route Relief Utility Driver. Serve customers across assigned routes.
This non-exempt position supports Service Departments through customer service, account management, and route operations. You will communicate with decision-makers, resolve service concerns, and follow Service SOPs for installations and deliveries. The work also includes inventory control, payments, vehicle inspections, and collaboration with service, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver products and collect soiled linens on assigned routes
Resolve service concerns with customer decision-makers proactively
Maintain inventories, route books, and customer files accurately
Handle payments, credits, and change orders accurately
Inspect vehicles daily and maintain truck cleanliness
Requirements: Valid Driver's License and CDL when applicable
Be 21 years or older
Maintain a violation-free driving record
Two years of relevant public-facing experience
Lift 75 pounds and move carts up to 500 pounds
Bring secure driving, accurate account handling, and excellent customer service to Alsco Uniforms route operations.
