Lead inbound receiving operations at S&S; Activewear while monitoring accuracy, safety practices, equipment use, and employee progress in a warehouse.
The Inbound Team Lead supports receiving supervisors and managers while guiding department employees through daily action plans. This full time, non-exempt position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Responsibilities include receiving process support, productivity tracking, inventory retrieval, barcode scanning, and warehouse software use.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor receiving progress and process accuracy
Provide guidance throughout receiving functions
Lead employees and conduct kickoff meetings
Perform safety walks and equipment inspections
Maintain productivity requirements and retrieve inventory
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Two years of supervisor experience preferred
Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
Ability to operate equipment and lift 50 pounds
Use receiving leadership, safety awareness, and warehouse systems knowledge to support accurate inbound operations at S&S; Activewear.
