Support residents at Bethany Residence in Burlington as a Part time Health Care Aide providing personal care and mental health support. Work under resident care plans.

Operated by AbleLiving Services, Bethany Residence provides shared accommodation, meals, life skills, recreation, and housekeeping supports. This position delivers non-medical support services, personal care, appointment assistance, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will help residents live as independently as possible while following care plans, Client Service Contracts, laws, and regulations. The role also requires supportive communication with residents, families, colleagues, volunteers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide non-medical and mental health support services
- Assist residents with personal care and life skills




- Arrange and escort residents to appointments
- Complete laundry and light housekeeping duties
- Follow resident direction and applicable care plans

Requirements:

- High School Diploma and personal support services experience
- Experience supporting seniors, disabilities, or mental health disorders
- Strong communication skills and competent English
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check required
