As a Senior Recruiter, your mission at Valence will be to own the recruitment lifecycle from role definition to candidate closure. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to set hiring priorities, define role expectations, and improve recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles in GTM and technical fields
