This Senior Oversight Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership for solar, wind, BESS, substations, and grid interconnections. The work spans development, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will evaluate systems, review EPC deliverables, identify technical risks, and support protected, reliable, cost-effective facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Review EPC contractor engineering deliverables against project requirements

Oversee electrical designs and utility interconnection activities

Identify technical risks across project delivery stages





Coordinate with contractors, utilities, regulators, and suppliers

Provide engineering guidance and informal mentorship

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration

At least ten years’ electrical engineering experience

At least three years supporting renewable energy projects

Knowledge of high-voltage substations and protection schemes

Apply electrical engineering leadership, interconnection knowledge, and renewable energy expertise across complex utility-scale projects.
