You will develop backend services supporting model inference, orchestration, and execution across distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: Design infrastructure powering production AI agent systems
Build Rust services for inference and orchestration
Architect distributed systems supporting millions of users
Develop model serving and production monitoring infrastructure
Implement observability, recovery, and reliability mechanisms
Requirements: At least five years building high-scale production software
Robust Rust and systems-level programming proficiency
Deep understanding of distributed systems and fault tolerance
Experience optimizing latency, throughput, and resource utilization
Experience with machine learning infrastructure or MLOps
