Lead satellite communications program initiation and bid strategy as a Senior Program Manager supporting early lifecycle phases at Honeywell Aerospace.
This senior role leads complex product and program initiatives through Phases A1 and A2. You will align engineering, operations, business development, customers, suppliers, and program management. The work covers program definition, proposal competitiveness, execution readiness, and transition into Phases B and C.
Key Responsibilities: Lead programs through A1 and A2 lifecycle phases
Develop scopes, requirements, risks, schedules, and execution approaches
Support RDE, RevCOGS, government, and industry pursuits
Manage internal and supplier Statements of Work
Transition programs to Execution Program Managers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with related business experience
10+ years in program management or product development
Satellite communications, aerospace, defense, or telecommunications experience
Knowledge of phase-gate and lifecycle management
PMP or CAPM certification, or obtainment within six months
Bring satellite communications, bid development, stakeholder leadership, and lifecycle management expertise to Honeywell Aerospace programs.
