Each accountant manages books for assigned commercial, multifamily, and residential properties. The work spans daily entries through monthly owner packages, with responsibility for accurate records and deadlines. Experience with trust accounts, bank reconciliations, Excel, and property accounting systems supports this work.
Key Responsibilities: Carry full-cycle accounting across assigned property portfolios
Reconcile operating and trust bank accounts monthly
Post receipts and follow arrears with property managers
Prepare financial statements, owner reports,



and variance notes
Support budgets, recoveries, GST filings, and year-end workpapers
Requirements: Three or more years of accounting experience
Accounting diploma or degree
Experience with trust accounts and bank reconciliations
Strong Excel and ERP or property accounting system skills
Accuracy and confidence questioning incorrect numbers
