Reporting to the Manager, Personal Insurance, you will support customers, insurance markets, and Brokers through accurate transaction processing. Your work covers new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites, renewals, records, and department projects. Service standards, carrier requirements, compliance, and audit standards guide daily activities.
Key Responsibilities: Process policy transactions through insurer portals accurately
Validate data before completing processing activities
Maintain records in EPIC and brokerage systems




Manage EPIC homebase workflows and closing activities
Provide backup support across Personal Insurance workflows
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage high keying volume accurately
Solid customer service focus and caring attitude
RIBO, CAIB, or CIP credentials are assets
Support Cowan Insurance Group’s Personal Insurance department with careful processing, customer service, EPIC, and insurer portal expertise.
