As a full time Merchandising Team Leader, you develop and implement store merchandising strategy with the Store Team Leader. You train and coach merchants, execute floorsets, maintain AEO Brand Standards, and support replenishment. You also contribute to sales, guest loyalty, and store performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement merchandising strategy for the store
Train and coach teams on AEO visual standards
Lead floorset execution, merchandising, and marketing standards
Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity
Analyze reporting and daily trends for business decisions
Requirements: Previous retail management team leadership experience
Passion for AE and Aerie products
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Understanding of employment law and business acumen
Flexible availability for variable shifts
