Key Responsibilities: Assess files and collection potential using a business-minded approach
Make outbound calls and answer inbound communications professionally
Negotiate settlements and monitor debtor payment arrangements

Maintain accurate digital files and matter status information
Requirements: Three years of collections experience in a relevant setting
