Drive assigned routes for Canadian Linen while combining safe delivery operations, physical work, customer service, and sales. Serve established customers consistently.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage deliveries, pickups, account interactions, and route procedures. The work includes driving, loading, lifting, inventory checks, payment collection, and customer communication. You will also discuss product options and identify cross-selling opportunities with your manager.
Key Responsibilities: Navigate assigned routes and complete timely, secure deliveries
Inspect vehicles, load products, and report issues
Deliver and retrieve uniforms, linens, towels, and mats
Confirm quantities, collect payments, and obtain signatures
Address concerns and identify additional product opportunities
Requirements: High School Diploma
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Customer service, sales, and delivery experience
Experience performing physically demanding work with heavy lifting
Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds or more
Bring safe driving, customer communication, delivery experience, and sales ability to Canadian Linen’s established customer routes.
