As an Operations Supervisor, you oversee warehouse logistics, driver coordination, reporting, and customer service activities. You assign daily work, monitor productivity, and enforce standard operating procedures. The role supports package processing, route planning, safety compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff productivity
Generate route plans and send optimization emails
Coach drivers and warehouse staff, including current hires
Address complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly
Requirements: Ability to enforce Health & Safety protocols
Ability to conduct warehouse checks and safety audits
Ability to maintain accurate operational and inventory logs
Ability to prepare daily reports and performance reports
