As a Dealer Services Analyst, you will review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and decide approvals or denials. You will negotiate with Ford and Lincoln dealers, manage lending risk, and support vehicle financing. The work requires analytical skills, relationship management, and transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities: Review 40–50 consumer and commercial applications daily
Assess creditworthiness under purchase policy and lending requirements
Negotiate application terms with dealership partners




Develop dealer relationships through frequent phone communication
Participate in coaching and team calibration sessions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
Decisive communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
Availability for rotational shifts, evenings, holidays, and Saturdays
