Coordinate underground utility installations for Aecon ATSI using scheduling, site inspections, inventory control, and project reporting. Based in Pitt Meadows, Edmonton, or Calgary.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator supports efficient and profitable telecommunications and utility infrastructure operations. The work includes coordinating crews, reviewing sites, managing materials, and collaborating with CAD technicians, designers, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project supports accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate work crews for operational efficiency
Perform site reviews and meet utilities personnel onsite
Coordinate specialty materials, tooling, and urgent deliveries




Track safety inspections and environmental compliance requirements
Analyze operational data and report efficiency findings
Requirements: Recent Civil or Construction Technology graduate
Utility or telecommunications construction experience is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
Robust verbal, written, and organizational abilities
Valid driver's license and travel flexibility
Bring coordination, documentation, communication, and utility construction skills to Aecon ATSI projects supporting reliable underground infrastructure delivery.
