As a Quantity Surveyor within Property Services, you will manage costs, review quoted works, valuations, variations, and supporting evidence. You will provide financial insight that keeps services compliant and focused on value for money. The work includes advising colleagues and contractors on construction contracts, schedules of rates, risk, and procurement activity.

Identify efficiencies and support procurement activity
Provide clear financial insight for informed decisions
Requirements: HNC, HND, degree, or equivalent Quantity Surveying qualification
Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and commercial management
Robust financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory knowledge
Understanding of responsive repairs, voids, maintenance, and health and safety
Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
